Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Some products (such as print-on-demand items) may require additional production time before dispatch.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Handmade items (jewellery, gifts & accessories):
Print-on-demand items (posters, canvas, mugs, apparel & more): Shipping rates vary by product type and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
International Orders
We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
